Technical Desktop Support Engineer

Salary: £24,000

Bonus: 10% of Salary

Location: Bournemouth

Our multi award winning global IT client is looking to recruit a Technical Desktop Support Engineer. You’ll play a key role in resolving all issues with the deployment and configuration of their bespoke product range and will continue to provide technical customer support and after care.

Joining a team of 13 other Engineers, you’ll be managing your own workload, pro-actively looking after clients from the office and remotely fixing any technical issues.

As a Technical Desktop Support Engineer, some of your responsibilities will be:

  • Answer and address all incoming support calls from customers
  • Ensure complete resolution of issues in order to prevent call backs
  • Perform remote analysis and diagnosis of customer issues

Technical Desktop Support Engineer Skills:

  • Previous experience working in a help desk support role
  • Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, AD and Group Policy
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and task simultaneously
