You’re confident in delivering a high level of customer service and have strong communication skills. You understand the importance of building, developing and maintaining relationships with customers/clients. You’ve got a high level of attention to detail and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Rubicon’s client is a successful distribution company supplying to manufacturing companies. As Sales Coordinator you’ll be responsible for processing sales and maintaining excellent customer service and relentless pursuit of sales growth both new business and organic growth. As Sales Coordinator you’ll benefit from working in a close knit and friendly team, stable working pattern and free parking.

As Sales Coordinator your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing customer quotations
  • Processing sales
  • Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure swift process of orders
  • Upkeep of administration
  • Generating new business by creating/following warm leads, upselling and calling lapsed clients
