Customer Service Administrator, up to £22,000, Central Bournemouth

You’re organised, have good customer service skills and have an eye for detail. Living within commuting distance to Bournemouth, you’re looking for your next challenge within a fast-paced administration environment.

Your Service Desk Administrator responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound Service Desk calls from clients and customers.
  • Preparing and dispatching tickets to the Service Desk Team.
  • Communicating updates and planned maintenance to clients.
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the Service Desk.
  • Producing and updating documentation and reports.
