You’re currently a HR Advisor who relishes a busy environment and are highly resilient/adaptable. You’re a team-member and a leader. You live within working distance to Romsey and have experience acting as HR Business Partner.

Rubicon’s client is a nationally recognised company based in South Hampshire. As Interim HR advisor you’ll be working closely with the HR Manager making sure that business needs are met. Your salary would be £30-£35k (pro rata) this is an initial 6 months contract. In addition to the salary the company also have excellent on-site amenities.

Your specific interim HR Advisor responsibilities will include:

  • Support the business with reaching its commercial goals and managing employee relations.
  • Keeping up to date with statutory obligations/policy changes/employment law changes
  • Being the centre point of changing initiatives, which will include managing and implementing new projects.
  • Have great communication skills to be able to communicate with employees at all levels is essential to this role, as well as effective time keeping.
  • The client expects their HR Advisor to work to a high standard on MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • CIPD qualification would be desirable, however this is not essential.
