Customer Service Engineer – Parts, Poole, £30,000

You probably come from an engineering, manufacturing or service environment and have good customer interaction skills. You live in commuting distance to Poole and you’re looking to transfer to a more dynamic and growth-oriented business to hone your technical skills.

As Customer Service Engineer your expertise and problem-solving approach will help you to work seamlessly to answer customer queries and help drive consistent high standards whilst overcoming challenges.

As Customer Service Engineer your responsibilities will include:

  • Advise customers on spare part enquiries and support parts sales.
  • Process quotations.
  • Monitor requests and pro-actively report progress and estimations of timescales.
  • Advise global, as well local/internal stakeholders, on technical investigations regarding spare parts.

As a Customer Service Engineer some of the skills you’ll need are:

  • To be able to self-manage and work as part of a team.
  • To have a formal qualification within engineering.
  • To be able to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
