As Financial Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be responsible for providing professional customer service and support through investigating enquiries and problem solving.

Responsibilities as Financial Customer Service Administrator:

  • Answering the phone and talking to customers; getting a good understanding of the specific customer needs and recording all relevant information concerning their enquiry
  • Responding to customer enquiries in a timely manner, providing knowledge where able and escalating non-standard issues to a Team Leader
  • Updating customer accounts and records accurately, entering key information including payee information onto an online system
  • Communicating with third parties to investigate and research enquiries, correcting errors on company and customer records

Skills as Financial Customer Service Administrator:

  • Experience working within a finance role with particular crucial experience within reconciliations, fund transfers and payments
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a confident and professional telephone manner
  • Good accuracy skills with strong attention to detail when entering data and amending records
  • A calm natured individual with the ability to work within high pressured situations; prioritising workloads through effective planning and organisation
  • GCSE’s grades C and above in English and Maths with a passion for progressing within the finance sector further
