You’re a customer focused business development professional living in the South. You love working with customers and building relationships to ensure they are provided with great solutions. You’re a team worker who values customer satisfaction above making a sale and you pride yourself on operating with honesty and integrity in everything you do.

Rubicon’s client, a high-end office solutions provider based in the South of the UK (around the M3/M4 corridor), are looking for their next star who can embody the company values whilst developing new business. Your role will involve a range of responsibilities including conducting customer assessments, managing the existing client database and developing new commercial opportunities. Your client will include large Blue Chip organisations, local authorities, NHS and Universities.

You will enjoy a predominantly home-based role with a weekly visit to the office. The company provides solutions to customers throughout the UK, so possession of a full driving license is a prerequisite when applying for the position. The opportunity will provide you with a lot of autonomy, so it is imperative that you are well organised and self-motivated.

In addition to a salary of circa £30K, you will receive a company car upon joining, plus 22 days holiday and life insurance. You will also be joining a company with a family feel and the opportunity to undertake training and development courses. The company holds IS9001 (Quality), ISO14001 (Environment),and Investors in People Gold and SafeContractor accreditations.
