Software Engineer, £45,000, Blandford Forum
As a Software Engineer, you will work within a tight knit team, who are motivated in delivering exceptional results, by creating innovative designs. As a Software Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the design and implementation of next generation graphical user interfaces (GUIs).
As Software Engineer (GUI) you’ll;
Be responsive and continual evolution of analytics GUI
Able to drive innovation in GUI Design, Development Tools and best practices
Have the ability to gain and progress knowledge and understanding of cyber security as an individual and subsequently share across the company
Maintaining and increasing the delivery quality of the analytics GUI
Have exposure in producing relevant engineering documents such as design proposals, unit testing, in-code API documentation, performance benchmarks
Have exposure to working on physical and virtual platform infrastructures.
The successful Software Engineer will:
Have excellent experience within Node.js and GUI development experience
Be able to produce high rate and volume distributed analytics and data platforms
Experience of Linux and IP networking (e.g. OSI model)
Understanding of Agile development methodology, continuous integration and automated build platforms
Be an innovative thinker in design and development approaches
Ability to analyse risk and root cause.
Must be eligible for SC or DV clearance.
