This Key Account Management role will suit a success driven and autonomous Account Manager or Sales Manager with a technical or engineering background.
Rubicon’s client is the market leader supplying highly engineered business solutions into the MOD. In this growing business you’ll work closely with the Business Unit Director helping to formulate and own strategies to drive the business forward. Controlling your own working hours, you’ll achieve results that will be driven by timelines that you agree.
As Key Account Manager in charge of £10 million worth of existing business you’ll manage the company’s largest military and commercial clients, liaising through agents based globally. You’ll travel internationally, have responsibility for building strong relationships with existing customers, identify openings to increase profitability as well as seeking out new revenue streams.
You will, as Key Account Manager, lead the entire sales process, developing the Sales team’s work to spearhead contract negotiation, bidding, tendering and sales forecasting.
