Factory Operative | £12ph | Wareham

As Factory Operative, you’ll be working as a permanent member of the team within a successful distribution business with a great work environment.

You’ll benefit from:

• Training and day to day support provided

As a Factory Operative you will work:

Monday to Friday – 7am – 4pm

As a Factory Operative your responsibilities will include although not limited to:

• Manual handling, such as operating, setting up and loading machinery
• Welding, such as butt welding and spot welding, using a jig
• Prepping and finishing components
• Basic inspection
• Working with specifications / diagrams
• General housekeeping duties

As a Factory Operative, you’ll have:

• A good eye for detail
• Previous hands-on experience in a similar environment (preferred)
• A willingness to learn and work in a production environment
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
