Job Description

Customer Service Advisor, Christchurch, from £8.50 per hour

If you’re good with people, comfortable on the phone and you understand the importance of providing good levels of customer service then this could well be for you.

This Customer Service Advisor position will ideally suit someone, with or without experience, who’s looking for a 9-5 office based role with lots of training and support.

Our client is a great employer, the working environment is modern, organised, the atmosphere is calm and relaxed and the business is growing so we’ve been asked to provide additional Customer Service Advisors to join their inbound calls team to start as soon as possible.

This is NOT a complaints helpline and the work does NOT involve outbound selling of any description, this Customer Service Advisor role involves updating and processing claims from clients.
