Customer Service Administrator, £18,000, Blandford

You’ve got time under your belt working in Customer Service and have experience within Administration. You’ve got the ability to work independently and can take responsibility for completion of the tasks. As Customer Service Administrator you’ve got a confident telephone manner with the ability to interact at all levels.

As Customer Service Administrator your responsibilities include:

  • Processing customers orders using company’s ERP system
  • Professionally handle incoming calls and process any complaints
  • Providing support to customers regarding their accounts, order status, products or services
  • Make outbound calls to customers to confirm expectations have been met
  • Liaising daily with internal and external customers and sales team
