Job Title: Experienced Recruitment Consultant (Permanent Placements)

Salary: Excellent basic salary - realistic OTE in first year £35,000 - £50,000 ++

Responsibilities: Work with existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and source talented candidates. Identify and develop new clients.

Work with identified candidates and find suitable positions for them within existing client and prospect base. Identify and develop new candidates.

Maximise sales opportunities from existing clients through pro-active account management and client contacts. Record details of all client contact on our database and sending follow up correspondence. Hitting agreed team & personal weekly and monthly activity and sales targets.

Most Important Requirements: Go getting attitude, excellent communicator with top drawer telephone and closing skills. Flexible, prepared to try anything ethical if it improves business performance. Proven experience within the recruitment industry. 

Essential Skills/Experience: Proven record of placing candidates and maintaining repeat business from a wide range of clients, securing good fees. Excellent understanding of business and able to quickly grasp complexities of detailed Job/Person specifications.
Go getting attitude - hungry for success and will do what it takes, ethically, to achieve it
Articulate with good written English and superb attention to detail.
An excellent listener and a closer.
Truly cares about client satisfaction.
Very hardworking - exceeds targets.

Poor time keeping and/or attendance.
Confrontational or pushy approach.
Closed-minded to constructive feedback.
9am-5pm mentality
