We are looking for a Medical Case Supervisor to join a leading provider of Private and Corporate Medical Insurance at their Head Office in Poole.
The ideal Medical Case Supervisor will have come from a Nursing background and be RGN / RMN registered having experience across a range of medical treatments. You will also possess excellent communications skills and good commercial awareness by understanding the needs of a balance between medical excellence and commercial constraints.
You will be responsible for the review of technical medical Insurance claims, review of medical notes, ensuring claims are maintained to a high standard, complaints handling, and telephone support.
This is an excellent opportunity for a current Medical Case Supervisor, Registered Nurse, or experienced Medical Insurance Claims Handler to enhance their career with a leading, local health Insurance provider.
You will be offered a generous basic salary, 20 days holiday, and first class benefits package. This role is available on a full time or part time basis.
