We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated IT Helpdesk Technician to join an IT Solutions Provider located in Poole.
The ideal 1st / 2nd Line IT Helpdesk Technician will possess a minimum of 1 years commercial experience and have the following skills / knowledge:
-Microsoft Server
-Small Business Server
-Back Up Executive
-SQL Server
-VM Ware
-Exchange Server
-Kaspersky
-Excellent Customer Service
You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, have the right attitude and the ability to soak up new information and put it into practice.
This is a varied role where daily duties will include first and second line technical support calls, ownership of calls from logging to resolution, monitoring customer network management and back ups, and ad hoc preparation/build/rebuild of customer equipment.
The role is based in an office and you will be working remotely. There will not be any onsite support or installation.
