Reporting in to the Head of User Experience you will be key in leading both qualitative and quantitative research, solutions definition and web optimisation projects for some of the UK's best known brands.
With a solid background in web standards and practices coupled with an in-depth understanding of usability principles you will be leading usability testing projects providing advise and guidance to other team members. You'll possess a strong educational background together with experience of working in a commercial hands-on usability / user experience role as well as experience of organising and facilitating user research and analysing the results. You will be able to demonstrate your experience with wireframes, encompassing navigation, functionality, page content and usability and must be able to provide evidence of successfully implementing business requirement with high quality usability elements.
