Our client, a local supplier of specialist goods is now in a position to bring on board a new Customer Services Representative. With over 30 years in business and a portfolio and customer base that is widespread throughout the UK you’ll be key in providing exceptional customer service and representing an established brand.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Answering all incoming enquiries with a favourable outcome
- Processing customer telephone orders in good time
- Nurturing existing accounts and building customer relationships
- Developing a strong product knowledge and being happy to communicate this
- Administration of any sales orders and customer documents
- Logging any calls or correspondence on internal database
- A professional yet positive and approachable attitude
- Confidence in being proactive by communicating possible problems before they happen
- Highly organised able to manage own workload
- Previous experience of using order processing software
- Excellent Microsoft Office experience
- Strong written and spoken English
As the Customer Service Representative you’ll be based within their established customer care department in their Poole Office. In return for your experience and accuracy you can expect a remuneration package that works out at up to £23,000, the opportunity to build on your administration and customer care experience for a company that really care about their customers and staff.
