Customer Service Advisor, Bournemouth, up to £24,000

Our client a Training Solutions Company based in a prime location just outside of Bournemouth Town Centre, have the requirement for a Client Services Advisor to join the Customer Service Team. As Client Services Advisor, you’ll be reporting into the Customer Service Manager and will be required to deliver a high level of service to clients by dealing with all incoming queries and identifying solutions to any issues. You’ll be responsible for:-

  • Answering and resolving client enquires (telephone and email)
  • Identification of root causes and solutions to client issues, owning and managing through to resolution
  • Ownership and management of client complaints, through to resolution
  • Ensuring that all client contacts are responded to and resolved as efficiently and as quickly as possible. Delivering frequent client updates and keeping them updated on progress against agreed commitments
  • Manage client new leaver, joiners and additional course allocation in line with client specifications and standards
  • To become fully conversant with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Administrate Record all Client telephone contacts

You’ll have:-

  • At least 2 years’ experience within an office based environment dealing with customers over the phone and via email
  • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with a diverse range of people
  • Excellent communications skills with a positive and professional attitude
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to resolve issues in a calm manner
  • Good Administration skills
  • Good IT skills. Able to confidently use MS Office with recent experience using a CRM
