A leading global engineering company are now in requirement of an experienced and organised Customer Service Administrator. Reporting into the Customer Service Manager you’ll join a team of dedicated Customer Service professionals who are provide unrivalled support and care for both potential and current business.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Dealing with all incoming enquiries in good time and with a favourable outcome
  • Providing information on the businesses products and services
  • Processing any requests from customers
  • Keeping internal database up to date
  • General Administration duties for the department

You’ll have:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service position
  • A natural ability to build relationships and rapport
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Good IT knowledge and computer savvy

The Customer Service Administrator position is offered on a permanent, full time basis. Our client would ideally like someone to start ASAP, however for the right candidate they will honour any notice periods.
