Work as a
Account Manager, Poole – Up to £40 OTE
A leading market provider of service management software is now in requirement of an Account Manager to join their growing team. Working in conjunction with the Key Account Managers, you will be uncovering new opportunities, as well as upselling and maintaining good relationships with existing accounts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Progressing warm leads from the marketing team
- Managing up to 80 of your own assigned accounts
- Identifying sales opportunities and passing these to the Key Account Manager ensuring a smooth handover
- Achieving individual targets
- Willingness to learn and the ability to think logically
- A good telephone manner, and the ability to build relationships with customers
- Excellent listening and questioning skills
- A good understanding of the industry, and the ability to learn how the software and operating systems work
- Experience of working in contact centre solutions would be advantageous
You’ll be located in modern offices with a front facing, picturesque view of Poole Harbour. You will have the opportunity to join a busy, sociable team to contribute to the overall growth of the company, with the opportunity to progress.
