Due to growth, a local FMCG company are looking for a top of the range first-class Production Manager. Leading a team of team leaders, engineering technicians and operators you will be responsible for delivering excellent standards of health and safety and quality whilst focusing on innovation in a cost effective way. You will be experienced in delivering the above against KPIs with the ability to concentrate on change appropriate to the future success of the organisation.
The ideal candidate will come from an FMCG manufacturing environment with excellent man management capabilities. Project management, strategy, and budgets should also be areas of expertise.
This role would suit an individual who thrives on taking responsibly above and beyond what is expected as the minimum and wants to excel in this role and further down their career path. You will be a logical thinker but with the power to influence and create a culture of buy in from your team.
