Lloyd Banks, Rubicon People's Managing Director, set up the Employers Forum in 2002 and runs quarterly meetings which provide a forum for locally based employers to meet, on an informal basis, to hear presentations and discuss subjects of topical relevance. Attendance is by invitation only and there is no charge as Rubicon People, RBS Mentor and Inspire will share all costs in 2009.
